Job Description

We are looking for a skilled User Experience Designer to create innovative and user-centred digital experiences.

  • The ideal candidate will have experience in user research, creating personas, and mapping user journeys to develop clear design solutions.
  • They should be proficient in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • A sound understanding of design thinking methodology and user-centred design principles is essential.
  • The candidate should have a strong sense of typography, colour theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct user research and analyse data to inform design decisions.
  2. Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and design flows to communicate ideas effectively.
  3. Create high-fidelity UI designs and low-fidelity prototypes to showcase ideas.
  4. Work closely with developers to translate designs into functional products.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • A strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design for web and mobile platforms.
  • Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JS) for design feasibility discussions.
  • An understanding of UI motion/interaction design (micro-interactions, transitions).
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG).
  • Experience working with AI-powered design tools.
