Job Title: Software Engineering Specialist

As a Software Engineering Specialist, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.

  • The day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with teams to develop solutions and ensuring applications align with business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in SAP Basis Administration.
  2. Collaborate and manage the team to ensure performance and efficiency.
  3. Make key decisions regarding application development and team management.
  4. Engage with multiple teams to contribute to critical business decisions.
  5. Provide solutions to problems for both the immediate team and across multiple teams.
  6. Lead and mentor junior professionals, fostering skill development.
  7. Ensure adherence to best practices in SAP Basis Administration.
  8. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration.
  • Strong understanding of SAP landscapes and system architecture.
  • Experience in SAP system monitoring and performance tuning.
  • Knowledge of SAP security and authorization concepts.
  • Experience in SAP system upgrades and patching.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration.
