Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned IT professional to fill the role of Project Management Lead.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled individual to lead cross-functional project teams and ensure the delivery of complex development projects.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop comprehensive project plans, track progress, and report project status to stakeholders.
  2. Support quality assurance objectives, participate in release management cycles, and analyze trends to identify potential risks.
  3. Coach project teams on Agile/Scrum methodologies and implement effective project management processes.
  4. Ensure timely project delivery within scope and budget.
  5. Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate tools and techniques.
  6. Measure project performance using relevant tools and techniques.
  7. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  8. Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  9. Make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis to meet budgetary objectives.

Requirements:

  1. Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills (written & verbal).
  2. Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
  3. Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, Project Management, Software Development Life Cycle, and Software Quality Assurance methodologies.
  4. Familiarity with project management tools and bug/issue tracking systems.
  5. Experience working with remote teams is essential.
  6. Self-driven, detail-oriented, and organized with strong prioritization and multi-tasking skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent experience.
  • At least 15 years of experience in project management.
