In this role, you'll be part of our International Valuations team, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate management reporting. Your expertise will be instrumental in building and maintaining complex financial models to support the valuation of private companies and derivative instruments.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to support private company valuations and derivative instrument pricing.
  • Conduct various valuation methodologies, including OPM Back-solve, Discounted Cash Flow (DCF), and Black Scholes Merton (BSM).
  • Prepare detailed valuation reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Address audit inquiries and provide documentation to support valuation methodologies and assumptions.

Qualifications:

  • Licence to work in India without visa sponsorship required.
  • Relocation to Pune, Bangalore, or Hyderabad necessary.
  • Excellent academic grades in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field from a reputable university.
  • Advanced degrees or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CA) a plus.
  • Fresh graduates welcome to apply.
  • Strong understanding of financial modeling and valuation techniques.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
