Primary School Academic Leader

The Primary School Leader is responsible for providing academic leadership to the school, supervising and leading instructional programs. They will work closely with the Principal to achieve shared goals.

As a member of the school leadership team, they will be expected to encourage the use of diverse instructional strategies and materials, and evaluate lesson plans regularly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and lead instructional programs in the Primary school.
  • Evaluate lesson plans and observe classes regularly.
  • Conduct meetings with parents to foster community connections.
  • Develop communication processes to address student needs.
  • Organize relevant workshops and events to support further learning.

Requirements

  • Masters degree in any subject, preferably English, Science or Social Sciences.
  • Professional teaching degree from a recognized University.
  • Proficiency in technology and language.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Experience working with CBSE board policies and procedures.
  • Updated knowledge of teaching methodology and curriculum review.
