**Job Title:** B2B Integrator Administrator

 

We are seeking an experienced and proactive administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years of hands-on experience with IBM Sterling B2B Integrator, including knowledge of ITXA, OpenShift or Kubernetes, and Helm.

This role involves owning escalations, coordinating across teams, and ensuring timely resolution of incidents.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer and maintain B2B Integrator environments, ensuring reliability, performance, and scalability.
  • Design, deploy, and manage integration workflows that align with business requirements.
  • Collaborate with development and architecture teams to implement transformation flows using ITXA.
  • Operate within containerized environments such as OpenShift or Kubernetes, utilizing Helm for deployments.
  • Act as Duty Manager during on-call shifts: manage incidents, coordinate response efforts, engage cross-functional teams, and communicate effectively.
  • Support hybrid cloud integrations and contribute to the evolution of cloud-native architecture and automation.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5–10 years of hands-on experience with IBM Sterling B2B Integrator.
  • Experience in OpenShift or Kubernetes container orchestration platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with Helm for managing deployments.
  • Strong experience with ITXA (Transformation Extender Advanced).
  • Solid troubleshooting skills and understanding of integration patterns and system configurations.
