Job Title: SAP Production Planning and Quality Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Production Planning and Quality Management Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for enabling efficient implementation and adoption of the SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) module.

The ideal candidate will assume ownership of SAP PP & QM Module, leading to effective system upkeep post-implementation. They will also deliver project support and post-go-live assistance to business teams in their daily SAP activities, ensuring seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading the implementation, customization, and maintenance of SAP PP & QM Modules
  • Collaborating with clients to gather business requirements, analyse processes, and develop tailored solutions.
  • Configuring SAP PP & QM modules to meet business-specific requirements.
  • Staying updated on the latest SAP PP & QM Module trends, features, and best practices.
  • Working with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Preparing and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.
  • Providing on-going support, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SAP PP & QM modules.

Performance Metrics:

  • Timely project delivery: Percentage of projects/initiatives delivered on or before the agreed timeline.
  • Business satisfaction: Business team satisfaction scores based on feedback and surveys post-implementation.
  • Issue resolution time: Average time taken to resolve business user-reported issues and incidents.
  • System uptime: Percentage of system availability and uptime for SAP PP & QM.
  • User adoption rate: Percentage of business-users effectively using the SAP PP & QM module post-training.
  • Configuration accuracy: Number of configuration errors identified post-implementation.
  • Training effectiveness: Feedback scores from training sessions conducted for business users.
  • Process improvement: Number of business process improvements identified and implemented through SAP PP & QM.
  • Documentation quality: Completeness and accuracy of project documentation maintained.
  • Professional development: Number of SAP certifications obtained, and professional development activities completed.
