
Medical Aesthetics Portfolio Lead

As a Clinical Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our Medical Aesthetics portfolio.
Your responsibilities will include developing and executing business strategies, providing internal and external training, and fostering strong relationships with key researchers and physicians. To succeed in this role, you will require a strong medical background, experience in medical affairs within the pharmaceutical industry, and exceptional leadership and strategic thinking skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute business plans for the Medical Aesthetics portfolio, aligning with commercial strategies and priorities.
- Collaborate with Commercial leaders and Medical Affairs to set priorities and activities, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
- Maintain awareness and understanding of competitor issues and intelligence, contributing to the development of competitive strategies and growth initiatives.
Additional responsibilities will include facilitating training to field sales teams and others, ensuring up-to-date knowledge of Aesthetic products and relevant disease states. You will also provide interpretation and perspective on competitor activities, assist in evaluating sales team members' skills and knowledge, and contribute to the development of training materials and evaluative processes.
External Training and Education:- Improve doctors' awareness of Aesthetic products through field visits, sharing scientific data supporting their use, and training professionals in proper use.
- Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including thought leaders and physicians, through educational initiatives and engagement activities.
- Ensure the future success of our company by identifying doctors-in-training with specialty interests and fostering relationships through educational initiatives.
- Identify key researchers and physicians critical to the knowledge base and disease awareness relevant to the success of Aesthetic products.
- Facilitate greater understanding of medical practice patterns, educational, and training needs, organizing local activities with key stakeholders.
- Present and communicate Company's scientific perspective and vision at customer meetings, interpreting feedback and results.
- Identify and prioritize Phase IV and investigator-initiated study needs, ensuring approval process and execution follow company guidelines and policies.
- Strong leadership skills, able to persuade at all levels within the organization and with external customers.
- Ability to think strategically, develop and execute plans at country level.
- Good understanding of the domestic market, multinational culture, and ways of working.
- Experience in establishing strong influential relationships with KOLs.
In order to be considered for this role, a strong preference is given to those with a medical degree (MD or MBBS).
