Job Title: Entry-Level Accountant

Our organization seeks a meticulous and enthusiastic Entry-Level Accountant to join our accounting team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately maintain and update bookkeeping records using Tally Prime 6 software.
  • Regularly perform Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) for financial accuracy.
  • Assist in cost accounting, financial reporting, and budget analysis.
  • Understand and categorize various transaction types for accurate financial representation.
  • Support payroll accounting and statutory compliance tasks.
  • Assist with income tax calculations, documentation, and filing.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed financial records and reports.
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure smooth operations and efficient financial management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Tally Prime 6 software is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial concepts.
  • Knowledge of financial accounting, cost accounting, and BRS procedures.
  • Familiarity with income tax and payroll accounting regulations.
  • Good command of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work accurately, efficiently, and within tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
