Bar Operations Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bar Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our bar operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring the smooth operation of the bar area.

Responsibilities:

  • Setup and Maintenance: Set up and maintain the bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment.
  • Drink Preparation: Prepare and serve drinks to guests, following standard recipes and procedures.
  • Cash and Credit Transactions: Manage cash and credit transactions, handling customer payments and making change as needed.
  • Workspace Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Guest Service: Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipating and addressing their service needs.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
  • 1+ years of experience in a bartending or bar operations role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with cash handling.
