Senior Clinical Statistical Programmer

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Clinical Statistical Programmer to join our team. This role is ideal for a highly skilled professional with a strong background in statistical programming, who can effectively lead and mentor junior team members.

This position involves working on complex projects, providing hands-on support, and solving critical technical problems. The successful candidate will have expertise in SAS and CDISC programming, as well as excellent communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Programming Management: Lead the development of analysis-ready datasets, tables, listings, and figures for large-scale complex projects.
  • Statistical Programming: Program high-quality data sets, tables, listings, and figures in accordance with internal and external quality standards.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and train junior team members, ensuring they meet the required standards.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough code reviews, ensuring deliverables meet the highest quality standards.

The ideal candidate will possess experience in handling complex efficacy domains, be proficient in SAS and CDISC, and have a strong understanding of regulatory requirements such as ICH-GCP.
