We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced UX/UI Designer to join our organization.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing user experiences and interfaces for our software products, ensuring that all elements of the online user experience are optimized for improved usability, usefulness, and exceptional visual design.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigating user experience design requirements for our suite of software products
  • Producing high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes
  • Collaborating with the marketing team and internal designers to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the digital user
  • Adhering to style standards on typography and design system
  • Developing UI mock-ups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and their visual layouts
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree or above in Design
  • 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience as a UX/UI Designer
  • Portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms
  • Intermediate to Advance in Figma
  • Skills: use empathy to understand users and develop solutions that solve their problems; have knowledge of tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; be thorough with design systems like UI material design, Google material design etc.
  • Personal Attributes: a team player with good interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities; a self-motivator and collaborative team player; excellent time management skills and ability to assume leadership roles when necessary; agile, action-oriented, and quick learner; out-of-the-box thinker
