Project Management Professional for CRM Implementations

This role involves leading end-to-end implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations
  • Monitoring project progress, risks, and milestones to ensure timely delivery
  • Tracking project costs and ensuring adherence to budget

Requirements:
  • 10-15 years of experience in IT project management
  • Proven track record of managing full lifecycle Dynamics 365 CRM implementations
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with CRM implementations (preferably MS D365)
  • Background in computer science, business, or related field
  • Experience working with clients across regions
