Senior Project Manager Role

We are seeking a seasoned project manager to oversee the execution of interior and architectural design projects.

This role demands exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and cross-functional coordination skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple sites, maintaining high-quality standards, and ensuring timely delivery while upholding the design intent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and progress for multiple high-end interior or architectural projects.
Team & Stakeholder Management
  • Lead and manage internal project teams, site supervisors, contractors, vendors, and consultants.
  • Act as a point of contact for clients, ensuring transparent communication and timely updates.
Quality & Risk Management
  • Implement quality assurance procedures and enforce compliance with safety standards.
  • Proactively identify risks or roadblocks and resolve issues without compromising project goals.
Reporting & Documentation
  • Maintain accurate project documentation including progress reports, schedules, change requests, and cost tracking.
  • Presentation of project status reports to senior leadership and clients is required on a regular basis.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in interior design or architectural execution.
  • Strong technical knowledge of materials, construction methods, and interior finishing details.
