The position requires a skilled Solution Consultant with expertise in Kinaxis Maestro/RapidResponse to collaborate with clients, identify pain points, and deliver tailored solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Kinaxis and the ability to align technology capabilities with business objectives.

  • Pain Point Identification:
  • Collaborate with clients to understand business challenges and supply chain requirements.
  • Lead discovery sessions to gather detailed specifications.
  • Solution Development:
  • Present customized solutions using Kinaxis RapidResponse that align with client needs.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain solutions leveraging Kinaxis RapidResponse.
  • Create detailed proposals, workflows, and use case demonstrations to showcase solution capabilities.
  • Technical Expertise:
  • Configure and customize Kinaxis RapidResponse to meet client requirements.
  • Guide best practices for Kinaxis implementation and utilization.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for Kinaxis solutions during sales cycles and project delivery.
  • Client Support:
  • Maintain clear and regular communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
  • Provide post-implementation guidance and training to ensure client success with Kinaxis solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Production, Mechanical, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse, including configuration, implementation, or solution design.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain planning, demand management, and S&OP processes.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
