Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Female Sales Representative to join our team at Blink n Hire Recruitment Solutions. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, managing tracking and following up on leads, conducting sales presentations, and meeting monthly and quarterly sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling and other sales strategies.
- Manage tracking and follow up on leads to ensure timely conversion.
- Conduct sales presentations through phone and email to effectively communicate the value proposition.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales goals in accordance with given targets.
- Prepare and update activity reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Experience: Fresher candidates can apply.
- Salary: 15K + Incentives.
- Mandatory Skills:
- Candidates with good convincing skills.
- Ability to read and write in English.
- Basic computer knowledge, including email and MS Excel.
