About the Opportunity

Kotak Mahindra Bank is seeking an experienced sales leader to join our team. As a sales and distribution leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of direct sales representatives, developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow the Direct Sales team by identifying new opportunities and expanding existing relationships
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase productivity and revenue growth
  • Foster strong relationships with High Net Worth Individuals (HNI) and explain various loan products related to property
  • Collaborate with builders to establish tie-ups and focus on primary markets
  • Ensure timely project approvals from builders and drive additional revenue through cross-selling of insurance, CASA, credit cards, and other products
  • Train and develop the DST Team and DSAs on product knowledge and sales skills
  • Liaise with internal teams for business operations, including Credit, Legal, Technical, RCU, and Operations

Requirements

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A graduate degree or MBA
  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
