Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our corporate and forensic compliance team. As a key member, you will collaborate with stakeholders to conduct investigations and oversee electronic communication surveillance.

This role demands expertise in regulatory bodies and regional regulators, as well as experience in e-comm monitoring and surveillance. Your responsibilities will include supporting clients' objectives, conducting investigations according to policies and procedures, and collecting evidence in a prescribed manner.

To succeed in this position, you should have a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, law, or a related field, and 2-3 years of experience in compliance, particularly in e-comm surveillance. Strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft applications, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-geographical teams are essential.

You will be required to stay up-to-date with regulatory developments and industry best practices, suggesting improvements in client processes. Building strong relationships with clients is crucial to obtaining information and insights. Adherence to controls and compliance standards is also critical.
