To support our manufacturing function to maintain consistency in product quality by maintaining, improving, optimizing production processes, reducing cost per product by implementing technologically advanced solution, to keep entire manufacturing setup state of the art by benchmarking with industry and ensuring similar standards are applied at sub-contractors.

Job Description:

Maintain and optimize production processes to ensure consistent product quality.

  • Benchmark and implement state-of-the-art manufacturing standards across our setup and sub-contractors.
  • Drive Lean Manufacturing, digitization, and IoT-based solutions for smarter operations.
  • Conduct periodic audits, calibrations, and inspections to maintain compliance with ISO & IATF standards.
  • Lead root cause analysis, CAPA, and 8D problem-solving.
  • Optimize shop floor layouts, conduct time studies, and standardize processes.
  • Collaborate closely with production, quality, and SCM teams to ensure seamless operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Diploma (10–12 yrs exp) or Degree (8–10 yrs exp) in Mechanical/Production/Automotive Engineering.

Experience in Process or Industrial Engineering within Automotive OEM, Tier 1, or Engineering industry.

Hands-on experience in New Product Development.
