Our ideal candidate will possess a strong track record of coordinating day-to-day project operations with internal teams. They will be detail-oriented and proactive in maintaining project documentation, client communications, and follow-ups to ensure timely delivery.

This role involves managing project timelines, updates, and deliverables under the guidance of our Delivery Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing project documents, proposals, and status reports, as well as tracking task progress with internal teams.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Maintain accurate project records and track deadlines.
  • Draft professional emails and updates to clients, ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support administrative tasks related to project delivery, such as preparing client presentations and organizing meeting notes.

**Requirements:**

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a coordination or operations role within a software/IT environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for success in this position.
  • The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and multitasking abilities, enabling them to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • BASIC understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) is advantageous but not required.
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Trello, Asana, Jira, and proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace is necessary.

**Preferred Skills:** CAPM or PMP certification is desirable.
