Job Title: Legal Associate

We are seeking a seasoned legal professional to fill this key role. This is a full-time remote opportunity that offers extensive experience in venture finance, startups, and cross-border investment transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support the execution of legal processes for investments, exits, and corporate actions.
• Review and finalise transaction documents such as term sheets, shareholder agreements, and convertible instruments.
• Collaborate with founders, investors, and legal teams to ensure efficient deal closure.
• Maintain compliance with applicable corporate, securities, and foreign exchange laws.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of experience in Corporate Law, M&A, Private Equity, or Venture Capital.
• Strong knowledge of corporate, securities, and FEMA regulations.
• An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and engage with multiple stakeholders.
• Prior law firm experience; candidates looking to transition in-house are encouraged to apply.
