Larsen & Toubro Limited is seeking a highly skilled Contract Administration Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of contracts from a commercial and contractual perspective.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze tender documents to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  • Develop and implement risk mitigation plans to ensure project success.
  • Analyze delays and disruptions, and work with clients to resolve issues.
  • Support the Project Manager in all contractual discussions with clients.
  • Provide input on local tax laws, IMPEX, INCOTERMS, and FIDIC to inform project decisions.
  • Participate in pre-bid meetings and negotiations with clients.
  • Administer contracts throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of commercial and contractual principles.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in contract administration or a related field.
