Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to lead our scientific manuscript review process for our globally recognized Journal. This role will oversee our Review and Peer Review Teams, ensuring rigorous scientific and editorial standards while driving efficiency, innovation, and team success.

The ideal candidate will have a Ph.D. in life sciences and at least 7 years of experience in academic or scientific publishing with proven expertise in peer review and editorial workflows.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A Ph.D. in life sciences
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in academic or scientific publishing with proven expertise in peer review and editorial workflows
  • Demonstrated success in leading and managing editorial or review teams
  • Strong knowledge of peer review models, open access publishing, and evolving trends in scholarly communication

  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to design and implement process improvements
