Cyber Security Practice Director

About the Role:
Cyber Security Practice Leader at Trianz manages a comprehensive portfolio of cyber security offerings, setting the strategic direction for Digital Foundation Services practice. This includes developing a long-term vision, technology roadmap, and annual goals for the Cyber Security Practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with the Practice Head to develop a long-term vision and technology roadmap for the Cyber Security Practice.
- Lead pre-sales and proposals for security engagements and serve as the focal point for sellers and client partners.
- Build relationships with end clients, translate their business problems into practical solutions, and drive the growth of the Security practice through account focus and service differentiation.
- Develop accelerators and intellectual property; formulate methodologies, solutions, accelerators, and tools to foster the growth of the cyber security practice.
- Recommend technology partnerships with leading OEM security solutions.
- Represent Trianz in leading conferences, cyber security expos, and other key events as applicable.
- Deep knowledge of security trends, patterns, and industry domain expertise in sectors such as Banking, Insurance, and Healthcare.
- Expertise in regulatory requirements and security applicability, including HIPAA, GDPR, PHI, and PII.
- Proven experience in managing the complete lifecycle of security engagements, from pre-sales to final delivery and signoff.
Requirements:
- More than 12 years of industry experience, with at least 10 years in the Security domain.
- Expertise in at least 4 of the following areas: Information Security Management, Identity and Access Management, Privacy and Data Protection, Application Security & Infrastructure Security, Threat & Vulnerability Management, Forensic Analysis, Source Code Analysis, and Penetration Testing.
- Basic understanding of security-relevant industry standards and practices, such as the ISO 27000 series, COBIT, and NIST.
- Practices and procedures related to investigation and response to network/computer intrusions and data theft.
- Experience in planning and implementing risk mitigation strategies for data loss prevention and security incidents.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel up to 25% locally and internationally.
