About the Role

The primary objective of this position is to provide leadership and management oversight for the delivery of medium to large-scale software engineering projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are executed on time, within budget, and meet the agreed-upon quality standards.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Architecture, Operations, and Release Management, to ensure effective project launch and delivery. Additionally, you will lead teams to achieve project success, build strong client relationships, and apply best practices to ensure world-class solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Delivery: Ensure timely completion of assigned projects, meeting budget and quality standards.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product Management, Architecture, Operations, and Release Management to deliver projects successfully.
  • Team Leadership: Lead teams to achieve project goals, build strong relationships, and apply best practices.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Take responsibility for ensuring customer satisfaction during project delivery.
Requirements
  • Experience: 14+ years in developing and managing core products or business applications.
  • Domain Experience: Strong domain experience in Cyber Security, with ability to drive innovation and take ownership of products offering cyber security to customers and MSP.
  • Skills: Practical knowledge of agile/iterative development process, strong design, architecture, and coding experience, hands-on experience in C++, C technologies, good knowledge in AWS, Multi Project/Program Management, and Development.
  • Languages: Proficient in English.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
