Marketing Executive Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven Marketing Executive to support our brand building efforts across various solution areas under our portfolio of products.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Market Analysis: Analyze customer triggers, barriers, competitive landscape, and other market dynamics to inform business decisions.
  2. New Products Development (NPD): Collaborate in the development of new product communications across touchpoints such as product display pages, D2C store, CRM, marketplaces, and more.
  3. Communication Management: Assist in managing consumer touchpoints like social media, performance marketing, influencer collaborations, brand campaigns, and more.
  4. Data Insights: Drive measurement and learnings for various marketing initiatives.
  5. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, external partners, and agencies/vendors.
  6. Offline Market Research: Conduct market visits to track offline business health metrics.
  7. Additional responsibilities include supporting portfolio management, sales, customer service, and product/therapy success.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience in Brand Management, Consumer Marketing, E-commerce, or digital marketing.
  • Highly motivated and self-driven team player.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Passionate about building a consumer brand.
