Description We are seeking a skilled Golang engineer to join our high-performance AdTech platform team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing robust, scalable systems that cater to the growing demands of Digital Marketing. Our team is focused on building a world-class AdTech platform, and we need someone who shares our passion and commitment to excellence.

Main Responsibilities:
• Design and develop multiple core modules of the AdTech platform using Golang.
• Develop high-quality code that meets performance requirements and is maintainable.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Program Managers, Architects, Technical Leads, Teammates, QA, and devops teams.
• Participate in requirement discussions, design discussions, development of Microservices/components, issue fixing, prod debugging, brainstorming, build POCs, self-testing, and automated test cycle and code coverage.
• Demonstrate exemplary attitude towards owning any task/module throughout the development cycle.
• Continuously learn and demonstrate positive attitude towards understanding the internals of components/frameworks used.
• Follow the established process for SDLC, Agile methodologies, and maintain relevant artefacts.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in software development
• Proficient knowledge in Go, Micro-Services
• Experience in design of back-end MVC Frameworks
• Experience with large-scale distributed storage, cache, and database systems (Cassandra/ScyllaDB, Redis)
• Experience in DB abstraction layers like Hibernate or messaging services (Apache Kafka/RabbitMQ/JMS etc)
• Experience in libraries like Gin-Gonic, Gorilla Mux, GORM, testify, and ECHO framework.
• Familiarity with Golang concepts like Slices, Maps, Structs, Interfaces.
• Hands-on experience in standing up Kubernetes platform as well as working with workloads inside Kubernetes environment.
• Maintain application integrity and achieve operational excellence through fully automated CI/CD pipelines

Mandatory Requirements:
• Go Lang (Minimum of 3+ Yrs)
• Micro-Services
• MySql, NoSQL database (Cassandra/ScyllaDB/Druid/MongoDB), Redis
• Kafka or RabbitMQ

Beneficial Skills:
• PHP, Go testing
• DevOps (Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins, Kubernetes)
• ScyllaDB
• Openshift & Openstack
• Cloud knowledge – GCP or Azure or AWS

Candidates' Profile:
• BE/BTech/MCA/MTech/MSC with experience 5+ years of working on Server development
• Familiarity to work in Agile methodology and be willing to adapt to fast-paced start-up culture.
