Testing and Certification Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Testing and Certification Engineer to drive innovation and excellence in our product engineering group.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for enabling regulatory certification and testing for all new products. This involves ensuring compliance with ISO, BIS, BEE, and WPC standards, as well as tracking regulatory changes and participating in industry groups such as MEITY, BIS, BEE, GeM, MAIT, and CII.

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Enabling regulatory certification (ISO, BIS, BEE, WPC) of all new products upon announcement.
  • Ensuring all tender required testing and certifications are completed as per the sales team's requirements.
  • Tracking regulatory changes and participating in industry groups.
  • Organizing local labs to test for country-specific requirements.
  • Resolving market surveillance regulatory issues related to regulations.
  • Providing technical support to the pre-sales team for tender compliance related to certifications.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A B.Tech / Diploma in Electronics/IT/CS with minimum 4+ years of relevant experience.
  • Certification in IOS, BIS, WPC, BEE, Energy Star Certification.
  • Experience in benchmarking and compliance work.
