Job Title:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement robust microservices in Go to manage high-volume financial transactions and data flows.
  • Develop event pipelines that are highly reusable, providing flexible building blocks for various domains.
  • Collaborate with teams across engineering, product management, finance, and compliance to ensure resilient and strategically aligned solutions.
  • Integrate artificial intelligence and machine learning to automate manual finance tasks such as reconciliations and reporting.
  • Deploy and optimize streaming technologies like Kafka to deliver real-time financial insights.
  • Enhance financial data models, balancing complex compliance requirements and performance standards.
  • Advocate seamless integration of microservices across diverse financial applications and services.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • 10+ years of experience in software engineering, including senior or staff-level roles, with expertise in event-driven architecture and distributed systems.
  • Deep proficiency in Go, with a track record of designing, implementing, and scaling microservices handling real-time data processing.
  • Demonstrated capability in automating complex financial operations, along with a strategic vision to apply similar solutions to broader business processes.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with event streaming technologies and proficiency in designing real-time data pipelines.
  • Strong command of SQL and broad experience with data modeling across database platforms.
  • Proven experience in managing environments with AWS and skillful navigation of cloud infrastructure automation using Terraform.
  • Extensive experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment pipelines, automating software delivery lifecycle using modern tools.
  • Self-motivated individual focused on delivering scalable enterprise-grade solutions driving tangible business outcomes.
