Your Career

The Sr. Technical Consultant/Engineer will design and implement cutting-edge security solutions for clients, leveraging Next-Generation technologies.

This role involves participating in and occasionally leading engagements centered on these technologies at customer sites.

This highly technical position requires managing, designing, and deploying complex projects, involving building custom security policies and application signatures.

Key responsibilities include consulting with customers on best practices, analyzing logs and events, troubleshooting cases, and mentoring on code upgrades.

Your Impact

• Guide customers on best practices and methodologies, serving as a trusted advisor for clients on behalf of our organization.">
• Analyze logs and events from the solution, providing threat analysis reports and input as needed.">
• Collaborate proactively with our Technical Assistance Center to troubleshoot and diagnose cases.">
• Maintain implemented solutions and provide mentorship on code upgrades, changes to the platform, and new technology developments.">
• Work with sales teams to develop a technical strategy addressing customer business needs.">
• Support direct managers in managing business needs through regular reports and Quarterly Business Reviews.">
• Engage with account teams to ensure clear understanding of customer business and technical requirements.">

  • Travel (25-50%) is required for customer meetings and onsite deployments.">
  • Conduct research on new features and technologies to optimize value delivery to customers.">
  • Meet with customer teams to design and thoroughly document complete projects.">
  • Provide knowledge transfer of next-generation technologies to customers and other teams for long-term engagements.">
  • Ensure successful completion of large-scale customer projects.">

    • A 4-Year Engineering Degree / BS in Computer Science, MIS, business, or equivalent education/training/experience is required.">
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.">
    • Proficiency in document creation is necessary.">
    • A minimum of 7 years of experience with firewall and IDS/IPS solutions in large environments is required.">
    • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the installation, configuration, and operation of our products is necessary.">
    • Extensive knowledge of various security threats is mandatory.">
    • A strong understanding of Internet protocols and applications is required.">
    • Demonstrated project leadership skills and the ability to conduct design meetings are essential.">
    • The ability to leverage a variety of tools to complete migrations (e.g., scripts, Excel, third-party tools) is necessary.">
    • Candidates should possess a minimum of 10 years of industry experience.">
