Job Summary:

RVR PRO is seeking a highly skilled Content Creator and Social Media Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media content plans across various platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and others.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Content Creation:
    • Develop high-quality visual and written content that engages our audience and aligns with our brand messaging.
    • Capture stunning photos and videos at company events, behind-the-scenes moments, and product shots.
    • Edit and produce engaging video content for social media, YouTube, and other platforms.
  • Social Media Strategy:
    • Analyze engagement and performance metrics to adjust content strategies for maximum reach and effectiveness.
    • Monitor social media trends, industry-related topics, and competitor activity to ensure our content remains relevant and engaging.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
    • Work closely with the marketing and events teams to create and align content around upcoming events, campaigns, and initiatives.
    • Collaborate with external partners, influencers, and clients to create co-branded content or promote collaborations.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
    • Proven experience as a Social Media Coordinator, Content Creator, or similar role, ideally within the events, hospitality, or creative industries.
    • Strong experience with photography and videography, including proficiency in using DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lighting, and other production equipment.
    • Expertise in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools) and photo editing tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).
    • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and content scheduling.
    • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with the ability to craft engaging and error-free content.
    • A keen eye for detail in visual content, with a strong understanding of what works on different social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
    • Strong knowledge of social media best practices, trends, and platform algorithms.
    • Excellent time-management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

What We Offer:

RVR PRO offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
