Job Title: PeopleSoft Finance Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team in a challenging role that requires a strong understanding of financial systems and business processes.

About the Role:

This position is responsible for analyzing and implementing financial systems, providing technical expertise to stakeholders, and ensuring seamless integration with other business functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyzing complex financial data and identifying areas for improvement
  • Designing and implementing effective solutions to meet business needs
  • Providing training and support to users on financial systems and processes
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives
Requirements:
  • 7-8 years of experience working as a PeopleSoft Finance Business Analyst
  • Must have good knowledge of AP, AR, Billing, Project Costing, Customer Contracts, and Resource/Program Management modules
  • Must have hands-on experience working in Agile methodology, PI Planning, Sprint cycles, backlog prioritization, and feasibility analysis of client requirements
  • Must have worked in a client-facing position
  • Must have excellent communication skills
  • Exposure to HP-ALM or some other testing tool is essential
  • Flexible on work timing
