Job Description

As an Interior Designer, you should have excellent creative thinking skills and be able to create modular designs based on conversations with a client. You should be confident in communicating regularly with clients to assess their needs and adjust your approach accordingly.

You should maintain familiarity with the interior design landscape and trends to provide the best ideas for clients.

Responsibilities
  1. To own the sales funnel and drive sales closure.
  2. To own customer experience during a project.
  3. To lead and own quality and accuracy of design deliverables.
  4. To own an end-to-end project lifecycle.

Requirements

Graduation or relevant diploma is required. A minimum of 1.5 years of experience as an interior designer is necessary. You must have led and delivered at least 5-6 turnkey/full home residential projects. Excellent knowledge of design tools, PPT presentation, and AutoCAD is expected.

Expertise and Qualifications
  • Conceptual design: layout, style, moodboard.
  • Technical design: material knowledge, execution, and drawing preparation.
  • Modular design: material knowledge, aesthetics, and functionality, module planning.
  • Civil works and services: specifications and installation details.
  • Project expertise: creating BOQ for customers, coordinating with internal and external agencies.
  • Sales expertise: sales closure by way of logical and trusted sales pitch, driving and leading design meetings with customers.

Result-oriented, team work, integrity and ethics, crisp and meaningful communication are essential behavioral attributes. A high degree of willingness to learn and ability to drive performance among independent team members are also required.
