Job Overview:

  • We are seeking a seasoned Electrical Design Manager to spearhead our electrical design team. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in electrical engineering and experience working on power systems, UPS, and distribution panels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute projects from conceptual design to completion, ensuring timely delivery and meeting customer requirements.
  • Design product solutions for DC SMPS based Power Systems, UPS Panels, and Distribution Panels.
  • Provide technical and engineering support to internal and external customers, including project management and quality assurance.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, such as IEC 60204-1 and IEC 61439-1-2, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant engineering standards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in electrical design and project management.
  • B-Tech degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and other design tools.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with electro-mechanical designing of Electrical Panels / UPS Panels.
  • Knowledge of electrical switchgear, cables, bus-bar sizing, mechanical designing, wire harness, product quality and safety norms, and testing of panels.
  • Project execution value chain, cost/schedule/resource planning and control, project deliverables coordination, project quality assurance, and project MIS reporting.
