Job Title: Data Scientist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced data scientist to lead our AI and analytics team. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deploy predictive models at scale, working with large datasets and leveraging modern ML frameworks.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement advanced data-driven solutions using machine learning algorithms.
  • Develop and optimize end-to-end pipelines for big data processing using PySpark.
  • Process structured and unstructured data with Pandas, NumPy, and other libraries.
  • Train, evaluate, and fine-tune models using scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
  • Collaborate with software developers, product managers, and data engineers.
  • Maintain high-quality model performance for accuracy, scalability, and reliability.
  • Ensure reproducibility and version control of ML experiments.

Key Qualifications:

  • PhD or master's degree in computer science, data science, or a related field.
  • Experience with cloud-based ML platforms (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, GCP Vertex AI).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • A collaborative mindset with ability to work in cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills:

  • Proficiency in Python programming language.
  • Familiarity with LLMs (e.g., OpenAI GPT, Hugging Face Transformers).
  • Knowledge of MLOps principles and deployment best practices.
