Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive category strategies that align with business goals, focusing on growth, profitability, and market share expansion.

Responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing sales data to understand current offerings to key customers
  • Understanding the bakery category performance and metrics
  • Identifying gaps and untapped opportunities with strategic accounts
  • Assessing the current market position and formulating a strategic growth plan for the bakery category considering market dynamics
  • Driving customer-led initiatives to improve the pipeline and aid business growth
  • Timely reviewing with sales and R&D teams and facilitating seamless execution of pipeline projects
  • Coordinating end-to-end with internal stakeholders for customer innovation days/meetings
  • Developing and training sales pitches for sales teams for key account engagements
  • Understanding customer future requirements and presenting it to internal stakeholders based on market relevance
  • Identifying gaps and untapped opportunities in the product portfolio with respect to consumer preferences, market requirements, and market trends
  • Supporting R&D in developing future product portfolios to meet market demands
  • Collaborating with R&D to identify innovative products in the bakery category and build a pitch portfolio
