Product Development Professional

We are seeking a skilled Product Development Professional to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our products. This individual will be instrumental in developing safe work cultures, implementing customer-specific requirements, and creating innovative products that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Safety First: Lead the implementation of our Safety 1st Methodology to achieve zero incidents, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Customer Focus: Work closely with customers to understand their specific needs and implement value-added products such as Al-Si, HRPO, and Magnelis.
  • Trial Material Planning: Plan and manage trial material volumes for automotive complexes, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Scheduling & Monitoring: Schedule and monitor product trials at CGL#4/CGAL/PLTCM, ensuring timely completion and quality results.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Process Knowledge: Have a good understanding and knowledge of Continuous Galvanizing & Cold Rolling Processes, including critical-to-quality parameters and their impact on product quality and mechanical properties.
  • Product Stabilization: Have in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in stabilizing Al-Si, HRPO, and Magnelis products, including basic knowledge of customer-specific requirements and product characteristics.
  • Approval Process: Have in-depth knowledge of the Product Approval & Homologation Process, including participating in development of control plans and FMEA for various processes as per ISO 16949:2016 standards.
