Project Coordination Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Project Coordination Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our project management office, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects across multiple teams.

About the Role:

  • Spearhead the implementation and maintenance of project management standards, templates, and methodologies to drive consistency and efficiency across projects.
  • Support strategic portfolio management by monitoring project health, tracking budgets, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain RAID logs, identifying potential risks, and implementing mitigation strategies to minimize their impact.
  • Produce regular progress reports, stakeholder communication trackers, and dashboards to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Familiarity with Agile or hybrid methodologies is essential for success in this role.
  • Billing and invoicing activities will also be managed, including tracking, resource allocation, and budgeting.

Requirements:

  • 4-5 years of experience in Project/Operations Management, Application Support, or related fields.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and hands-on experience with project tracking tools (Jira, Confluence, Trello, MS Project).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong problem-solving and stakeholder management abilities.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain project management frameworks to ensure consistency across multiple projects.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks.
  3. Design and implement effective stakeholder engagement strategies.
  4. Produce high-quality reports and dashboards to support informed decision-making.
  5. Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement within the project management office.
