We are expanding to multiple cities within a short span of 15 months and are well-funded to scale our operations and enhance our technological capabilities. Our latest funding round has enabled us to drive our growth and expansion strategies forward.

About The Role

This is an exceptional opportunity to join our team as a Manager of Alliances and Partnerships. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for planning, negotiating, and building lasting relationships with new and existing partners.

You will interface with senior management of real estate developers and channel partners, cultivating partnerships that help us build robust B2B and B2B2C channels at Walls And Dreams.

  • Develop and implement a systematic process for building new pipelines and relationship management.
  • Foster and develop strategic relationships with our key partners, including real estate developers, channel partners, housing finance companies, etc.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create win-win solutions that benefit all stakeholders.
  • Promote the company's interests at relevant networking events.
  • Identify new methods to grow partnerships and develop strategies to execute them.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for developing and maintaining relationships, troubleshooting issues, and responding to inquiries.

Qualifications, Experience, and Expertise

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • An MBA, MS, or other advanced degree.
  • A proven track record of at least 5-6 years of professional experience in partnerships, alliances, and account management, preferably in the real estate or home renovation sector.
