Job Title: Business Leader

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will lead our company into its next phase of growth, expanding markets, upgrading operations and technology, and building a high-performance culture.

About the Role:
  • Own end-to-end P&L and value creation; set strategy, translate into roadmaps, and deliver outcomes.
  • Take enterprise-wide ownership across commercial, operations, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, finance, HR, IT, compliance, and ESG—working through empowered functional heads and Group shared services.
  • Drive market expansion with focus on Oil & Gas and new verticals; build channel/partner ecosystems in priority geographies.
Responsibilities:
  • Build a predictable order book and margin profile; negotiate long-cycle contracts and key accounts.
  • Modernize manufacturing: improve throughput, OEE, yield, and first-time-right quality; deploy capex with IRR/ROI discipline.
  • Lead digital/ERP transformation; institutionalize data-driven governance.
  • Strengthen supply chain resilience—vendor development for alloys and strategic sourcing.
Qualifications:
  • 18+ years in B2B manufacturing/industrial engineering with demonstrated P&L ownership and scale-up results.
  • Track record in driving growth across domestic and international markets, securing large, multi-year contracts; Oil & Gas, manufacturing, or heavy engineering background preferred.
  • Strong command of plant operations, quality systems, supply chain, and capex deployment.
  • Solid financial acumen (pricing, mix, working capital, project IRR) and stakeholder management.
