Job Overview

The role of Application Specialist is a pivotal position within our organization. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of our software applications, guaranteeing end-users can accomplish their business tasks efficiently.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in application maintenance, troubleshooting, and problem-solving. Requirements for this role include:

Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in application support or maintenance
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of standard IT practices and workflows
  • Advanced knowledge of application troubleshooting with industry-specific applications
