Role Overview

This is a Senior Business Development & Client Servicing Manager position with a proven track record of owning client accounts, driving profitability, and delivering success in corporate events, experiential marketing, and brand partnerships.

The role demands a strong sales leader who can:

  • Secure high-value business deals with corporates and brands.
  • Independently manage and grow key client accounts while ensuring profitability.
  • Take ownership of account P&Ls, driving revenue growth and cost efficiency.
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships, ensuring repeat business and upsell opportunities.
  • Lead teams to ensure seamless delivery of projects — from pitch to execution — across multiple event formats.

Key Responsibilities

  • Revenue Generation: Achieve monthly & annual sales targets through corporate/brand event deals.
  • Client Acquisition: Target decision-makers in FMCG, Tech, Automotive, Finance, Sports, and Lifestyle sectors.
  • Relationship Management: Build long-term partnerships ensuring repeat business.
  • Proposal & Pitch Leadership: Create winning presentations, proposals & budgets.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay ahead with insights on industry trends & competitors.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with creative, production, and operations teams.
  • Event Planning & Execution: Oversee end-to-end delivery — logistics, vendors, and post-event reporting.

Requirements

Experience: 5–7 years in business development or client servicing (events, advertising, or brand activations).

Network: Strong corporate connects with marketing & procurement heads.

Sales Skills: Proven track record of meeting/exceeding revenue goals.

Communication: Excellent interpersonal, pitching, and negotiation skills.

Technical Knowledge: Event production, costing & budgeting know-how.

Bonus: Familiarity with event planning tools/software.
