  • We are seeking an experienced Lead Java Developer to spearhead the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge Java applications.
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of breaking down complex problems into manageable tasks, defining clear technical objectives for their team, and providing guidance and mentorship throughout the development lifecycle.
  • This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver new features and enhancements, as well as participation in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and maintain high-quality code.
  • The successful candidate will own and drive architecture discussions, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones and resolving technical blockers proactively.
  • Additionally, they will evaluate and integrate new tools and technologies to improve efficiency and product quality, serving as the primary technical point of contact for their team and stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in Java development, with a strong background in building products or applications from scratch.
  • Proven expertise in object-oriented programming skills, including Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and other relevant frameworks.
  • A solid understanding of system architecture, design patterns, and microservices architecture is essential for this role.
  • Experience in leading small to mid-sized teams and managing technical delivery is also highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in data structures, algorithms, and performance optimization is required, as is strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working with RESTful APIs and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.
  • Good understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases is also required.
  • Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-resolution skills are essential for success in this role.
