Job Title: Creative Director

We are seeking an experienced Creative Director to lead our team in shaping the creative vision of our company. With 3-5 years of experience in a relevant field, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative solutions that drive business growth.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns that captivate audiences and drive results through compelling storytelling and brand messaging.
    • Lead a team of creative professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and accountability to ensure high-quality deliverables that meet client expectations.
    • Collaborate with the Business Development department to develop value-added, creative interactive strategies and presentations for pitches, leveraging your expertise in market trends and competitor analysis.
    • Stay ahead of the curve by researching industry trends, competitor offerings, and socio-political issues to inform your creative decisions.
    • Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions that exceed their expectations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong strategic thinking and communication skills to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of socio-political issues and pop culture to inform creative decisions and stay relevant in the market.
  • Experience managing a team of creative professionals with team management skills and accountability to drive results.

  • Strong research skills to monitor industry trends and competition, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite to manage projects and collaborate with teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
