About the Role:

The Branch Support Manager is responsible for driving business growth and ensuring the successful implementation of operations strategies and plans to deliver best-in-class, cost-effective service delivery and achieve assigned profit and loss targets. This role requires a high level of engagement in cost management, people management, and customer management, as well as delivering relentless execution of on-time service with precision and at pace, and continuous process optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and achieve segment-wise revenue targets as per the annual operating plan, ensuring revenue targets are met.
  • Achieve revenue targets for the base/branch with consistent monthly performance.
  • Ensure profitable business performance and expansion of Rentokil PCI's services in selected segments.
  • Implement corporate credit policy within stipulated timelines.
  • Convert built-up databases into business opportunities and develop new business.
  • Effectively execute systems and processes to optimize base/branch operations, including operations, finance, and inventory systems, and speed apps.
  • Analyze competitor activity and plan strategies to meet challenges, reporting timely to reporting authorities.
  • Ensure on-time service delivery every time with precision and at pace.
  • Identify service gaps and implement continuous monitoring, audit, and improvement plans to prevent recurrence.
  • Manage customer contact and relations to achieve target customer retention for both RBU and CBU.
  • Increase productivity by effectively managing sales and service colleagues.
  • Monitor and control costs, including manpower, chemical/material consumption, and equipment usage.
  • Ensure effective budgeting to yield good ROI at the base/branch.
  • Deliver services on time, with minimum backlog, to enable on-time renewal.
  • Ensure SCP devices are active at all times and used for all service delivery.
  • Regularly monitor operations KPIs with operations teams and service planners to achieve branch operations KPIs.
  • Ensure materials are utilized as per SRF and cost sheet by operations teams without deviations.
  • Brief operations teams on cost sheets and material utilization details.
  • Ensure all sales are delivered after being visible in iCABS for planning and execution via Service Companion, with timely punching of new sales in SRA to provide sufficient lead time for planners to execute services.
  • Ensure complaints are attended to on time as prescribed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a related area and at least 3+ years of managerial experience.
  • Excellent individual performance with prior experience of team handling.
Role Type / Key Working Relationships:
  • People Manager.
  • Works closely with Divisional Leadership Team, Branch Sales, Operations, and all support function teams to meet organizational objectives.
