Job Opportunity:

A remote position with a property investment firm is now available.

We are seeking an experienced Property Deal Analyst to evaluate property investment opportunities using precision and professionalism. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluating residential and commercial property deals using deal analysis spreadsheet tools.
  • Reviewing floorplans, EPCs, comparables, agent documents, and other key documents to ensure accuracy.
  • Calculating figures such as ROI, yield, refurb costs, profit, and GDV to inform real-money decisions.
  • Producing written deal summaries with go/no-go recommendations based on thorough analysis.
  • Triple-checking every detail before submitting work to maintain high standards of quality.
  • Taking ownership of your analysis and making informed decisions that impact the company's investments.
  • Continuously learning and improving analysis skills through ongoing training and feedback.

Requirements:

  • Fluent English (written and spoken) is essential for effective communication.
  • Experience in property, finance, or detailed analysis work is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of terms like yield, refurb budget, ROCE, GDV, LTV, etc.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to handle important decisions under pressure.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and decision frameworks.
  • High integrity and commitment to producing accurate and reliable work.
