Job Title: Language Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Language Specialist to join our team of experts in language and subject matter.

This role involves working with large language models, creating training datasets, annotating data, analyzing and improving text, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to evolving specifications.

The successful candidate will have excellent writing skills, a strong understanding of grammar, syntax, and semantics, and the ability to edit and improve written communication across various fields.

Responsibilities:
  • Creating training datasets for AI models to improve their accuracy, fluency, coherence, and voice.
  • Annotating data to help AI models align with human values.
  • Analyzing and improving the grammar, syntax, and sentence structure of expert-generated training data and AI model-generated text.
  • Collaborating closely with data scientists, researchers, and software engineers to refine and iterate datasets.
  • Contributing to evolving specifications for AI-model training and data recipes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/Master's/Native in Urdu/Gujarati/Marathi.
  • Excellent writing skills (in English).
  • Strong understanding of grammar, syntax, and semantics.
  • Ability to edit and improve written communication across various fields.
