AI/ML Program Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive governance, planning, and delivery excellence across global IT programs.

About the Role:

This is an opportunity to standardize processes, own reporting, align stakeholders across regions, and help mature our portfolio discipline.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain program management standards (charters, stage gates, RACI, RAID, dependency maps, change control, benefits tracking).
  • Build integrated master schedules, critical path analyses, and resource plans across time zones; run weekly cadence (standups, risk/steerco, burndown/earned value).
  • Develop and track budgets and forecasts; manage CAPEX/OPEX, accruals, and vendor SOWs; variance analysis and corrective plans.
  • Create portfolio dashboards (status, schedule, cost, risk, benefits) using Power BI/Tableau; maintain single source of truth.
  • Partner with engineering, data/ML, security, and finance; prep steerco packs; manage decisions, actions, and escalations.
  • Enforce SDLC/Agile controls, documentation, audit readiness (SOC 2/ISO 27001 evidence), and change-management baselines.
  • Coordinate data readiness, model delivery milestones, MLOps release gating, model risk/ethical reviews, and acceptance criteria.
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years in PMO/program management for global IT within IT services or professional services firms.
  • PMP certification (active).
  • Proven delivery of multi-region programs (follow-the-sun operating rhythm).
  • Strong command of SDLC, Agile/Scrum & Waterfall/Hybrid; stage-gate governance.
  • Tools: Jira/Confluence or Azure DevOps, MS Project/Smartsheet, Power BI/Tableau, M365/Google Workspace.
  • Financial acumen (budgeting, forecasting, EAC, earned value), vendor/SOW governance.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive reporting.
Nice-to-have Skills:
  • Ai/ML program exposure: data pipelines, model lifecycle, MLOps (CI/CD), model risk/monitoring, privacy/compliance.
  • SAFe/Prince2/ITIL, CSM/PSM; cloud familiarity (AWS/Azure/GCP).
  • Experience with ISO 27001/SOC 2 evidence collection; GxP or regulated environments.
  • Spanish/Portuguese a plus for LATAM collaboration.
