Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to join our development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of software products by designing and executing test plans, identifying and documenting bugs, and collaborating closely with developers and product managers.

This role is crucial for maintaining high standards of applications and delivering seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Test Planning & Strategy: Create comprehensive test plans and cases for new features and existing functionalities.
  • Manual & Automated Testing: Execute various tests, including functional, regression, integration, and performance testing, both manually and using automated tools (web and mobile applications).
  • Bug Reporting: Accurately identify, document, and track software defects from discovery through resolution using a bug-tracking system.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and product managers, to understand product requirements and ensure quality is integrated throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Documentation: Maintain clear and concise documentation of test cases, test results, and test artifacts.
