As a Packaging Specialist, you will work closely with suppliers, planning, logistics, warehouse, production, quality, EHS and R&D teams to deliver packaging solutions that sustain product quality & reduce costs. You will identify opportunities for packaging improvements, focusing on quality enhancement, cost reduction and environmental sustainability. Ensuring compliance as per Standards or other regulatory guidelines for indigenous /international shipments is also a key responsibility.

Key Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering, Industrial Design or a related field.
  • In-depth understanding of Packaging Processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to inspire and lead teams towards operational excellence.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Mandatory Skills:
Responsibilities:
  1. 1. Manage the packaging development of raw materials/finished goods. 2. Work closely with suppliers, planning, logistics, warehouse, production, quality, EHS and R&D teams to deliver packaging solutions. 3. Identify opportunities for packaging improvements. 4. Ensure compliance as per Standards or other regulatory guidelines. 5. Provide packaging solutions for raw materials repackaging at warehouse for storage at ASRS system. 6. Lead teams towards operational excellence.
